Sudafed Blocked Nose Spray has a measured dose which contains a powerful and hard hitting formula that will gently open up the nasal passages by reducing the excessive nasal secretions and returning the swollen blood vessels to their normal size. The effects start within minutes and will give you up to ten hours of relief.

Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray Directions: Adults and children over 12 years: One spray into each nostril 2 or 3 times a day, as required. Maximum daily dose: 3 sprays. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. Do not take two doses at the same time.

Children under 12 years: Not recommended. If you use more Non-Drowsy Sudafed Decongestant Nasal Spray than you should, talk to a doctor or pharmacist immediately. You must see a doctor if your symptoms worsen or do not improve.

Sudafed Nasal Spray contains the active ingredient: Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v. It also contains: Benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium monohydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride, sorbitol solution, purified water.
