You have the right to advise us of your wish to return goods at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery of your items. The product must be unused and still in ‘new’ condition, the packaging must not be opened or damaged. In this case we will refund the price of the product in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. All returns must be accompanied with an RMA number.
PLEASE NOTE: RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A VALID RMA NUMBER.
If you return the Product(s) for any other reason (for instance if you claim the Product(s) is defective or you are otherwise entitled at law to a refund), we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect or where you are otherwise entitled at law to a refund will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Obtaining your rma number
To obtain your RMA number, you must log in to your account using your username and passord. You will then be able to access your orders via my orders button. Here you will be able to choose which order you would like to request the RMA number for. Once you have obtained your RMA number, you can print the page with the return details and simply place inside the box.
