Directions on how to take Rennies Spearmint Tablets:

Adults: 2 tablets sucked or chewed as required. Maximum 16 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: 1 tablet as required. Maximum 8 tablets in 24 hours. Under 6 years: not to be given.

Calcium carbonate 680 mg Magnesium carbonate heavy 80 mg.
