Femstrual 500mg Tablets are easy to swallow and contain the well established active ingredients Tranexamic Acid which is an anti-fibrinolytic drug to help stops clots breaking down and by doing so, reducing the amount of blood lost.

Tranexamic acid has been used on prescription to control heavy menstrual bleeding since 1972, however it is now available over-the-counter through your local pharmacy.
