Balmosa Cream 40g

Balmosa Cream is an analgesic rubefacient which works by producing a sensation of warmth on the skin to soothe and relieve the pain of unbroken chilblains and muscular aches and pains.

Balmosa Cream contains a combination of menthol, Camphor, methyl salicylate and oleoresin capsicum as active ingredients. The menthol relieves itching and causes the blood vessels on the surface of the skin to widen. This causes a sensation of coldness followed by a reduction in pain. Camphor, methyl salicylate and oleoresin capsicum are counter-irritants, which when applied, cause redness and heat to be produced. This distracts the brain from the original pain and therefore reduces the perception of pain. This preparation is used to relieve the symptoms of aches and pains such as muscle stiffness, bruising, sprains and fibrosis’s.

Directions on how to apply Balmosa Cream:

Simply squeeze the cream onto the injured area and gently rub in allowing the warming effects of Balmosa to bring relief.

Balmosa Cream Contains:

Camphor 4% w/w, methyl salicylate 4%w/w, menthol 2% w/w, and capsicum oleoresin 0.035% w/w. Other Ingredients: Methylcellulose, white soft paraffin, emulsifying wax, liquid paraffin, wool fat, phenoxyethanol, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate and purified water.
